Iconic singer-songwriter James Taylor is returning to Australia for the first time in seven years and will perform at the Hunter Valley’s Hope Estate in February, 2017.
During his 50-year career Taylor’s music has embodied the art of songwriting in its most personal and universal forms, and continues to resonate with people all over the world.
His warm baritone is among the most recognised voices in popular music.
Taylor’s most-loved songs include Fire and Rain, Country Road,Something in the Way She Moves, Sweet Baby James and Carolina In My Mind. In 1971 he scored his first number one single with You’ve Got a Friend, written by long-time friend Carole King. It earned him his first Grammy Award for Best Pop Male Vocal.
